all hencla bracelets are handmade - therefore are quite delicate. but that doesn’t mean you can’t have fun with them. try to always roll on your bracelet to prevent stretching and breakages. for optimal lifespan, ensure to avoid contact with water, moisture, chlorine and other chemicals. whilst we hope that you love your bracelets, it is recommended to remove while sleeping and doing sports.

as most bracelets feature glass & natural stones, each one is unique and has its own quirks and charm.

all orders are shipped with australia post.

as all our pieces are made to order – all sales are final.
however an exchange may be made upon request within 14 day of receiving the order.
unfortunately, we do not cover shipping costs for exchanges.
